Making a masterpiece with your own hands that will delight others is not as difficult as it seems at first glance. Even a talent for drawing is not required if you master the point-to-point technique.

The point-to-point technique has the form of embroidery or metal embossing. You can paint anything with it: photo frames, chests, boxes, organizers or any pieces of furniture. You just need to stock up on imagination, patience and tools for work. Oho will tell you exactly what you need to create your unique product.

Volumetric contour paints for decorating a variety of surfaces (ceramics, wood and glass) are sold in hardware stores or in shops for artists and decorators. The most suitable are the paints from Pebeo, Idea and Tulip. Their tubes have a removable spout through which you can pour in a new batch of paint when the previous one runs out. Tube nozzles are available in 3, 5 and 8 mm diameters. Thanks to them, the points are neat and small, and the finished work has an exquisite look. If some mistake is made in the work, then it can be easily washed off with the help of wet wipes and cotton pads.

You can paint products with a dark background or a light one. The main thing is to first degrease them with alcohol. If the surface is rough, then it is sanded, and on top it is covered with two layers of varnish. Before starting to work on complex patterns, it is better to fill your hand by practicing on something not very necessary. For example, on a bottle, disk, or notebook cover.

The organic and complex composition is made up of an infinite number of individual small patterns. The size of the dot from the paint depends on the force of pressing on the tube. Painting any thing begins with creating borders using a border. An arbitrary figure is drawn around the perimeter. For example, an animal, a bird, a fish or some ethnic element. Then the inside of the figure is filled with bright patterns. After that, all free space is painted over with separate points and lines. After a day, the finished work is varnished for durability.

The point-to-point technique is a rather painstaking work that requires accuracy. When creating patterns, allow yourself to surrender to the power of the subconscious, and then the result will exceed all your expectations.
