Cooking on the grill is not only tasty, but also healthy. There are no unhealthy fats in food that is fried over an open fire. It is fragrant and delicious. Before buying a barbecue, you should use some tips.

Brazier - more often a rectangular metal box. Firewood is placed at its base, which, when warmed up, turn into coals. The heat that comes from them allows the pre-marinated food to roast.

In the preparation of food on the grill, not only the heat from the wood is involved, but also the heat of the metal body. Sometimes there are special holes in the body, double walls with a seal. The use of such barbecues is convenient because it is not hot to stand near it.

If we talk about portable options, then it is better to buy stainless steel barbecues with a wall thickness of at least 1.5 mm. With a smaller thickness, heat will not be retained inside. And without it, meat cannot be cooked properly.

For stationary models, a cast iron body with a thickness of about 3 mm is used. But, unfortunately, you can't take such a structure with you anywhere. Will have to be used only in the country or near a private house.

During the purchase, you should pay attention to the availability of additional tools - a skewer, a fan, a grate, a poker for coal.

Alternatively, you can use the barbecue. The principle of using this device for frying meat is similar to the brazier. The only difference is that skewers are not used for barbecue. Instead, there are lattices.

When buying a barbecue, you should be guided by the place of its use. The rest depends on personal preference.
