Furniture with details reminiscent of rain was created by Japanese designer Chon-Hung Lee. Drops seemed to freeze on multifunctional items.

The line is represented by a table and a rack. On the shelves of each of these items, there is a reference to rainy weather and the mood that it brings.

Small metal rods with a rounded end were used to visualize the drops. All these parts are movable. When rearranged or touched, they begin their movement. And when they collide with each other, they even produce sound.

The metal rod resembles a stream of water flowing down from the roof, which begins and ends with a drop. Only in the case of Japanese designer furniture does the latter have a round shape.

If everything is more clear with the Chong-Hoon Lee table, the multifunctional "pagoda" raises questions. This is a multi-tiered structure that can be either a rack or separate stands. "Pagoda" can be built and made the centerpiece of the interior.

Racks can be scattered across rooms. So the whole space in terms of layout will be designed in the same style.

Japanese designers are inspired by the forces of nature. This is manifested not only in the creation of furniture, but also in the planning of interiors, the creation of art objects. As a rule, they stylize objects as objects of animate and inanimate nature. The appearance of each product dictates the designer's reading of a particular object.

Jung-Hoon Lee also followed the path of reading and chose rain for this. Metal and wood became assistants in styling the modular design of the new collection.
