A new series of flooring has been released by the Swedish company Bolon.
The laconic and functional collection, made in natural colors, is called Emerge.
The history of the Bolon brand began in Stockholm over 70 years ago. It was then that Niels-Erik Eklund came up with the idea to create traditional Swedish floor rugs from unnecessary textile waste.
The company is run by the third generation of Eklund's granddaughters. Thanks to their passion for contemporary stylistic trends, the company boasts collaborations with design legends such as Missoni and Jean Nouvel. But the main idea of the company, which is to develop things that are simple, comfortable and environmentally friendly, has remained unchanged for many years.
The Emerge line, like all
flooring from Bolon, is made from recycled materials. The products have a 33rd class of wear resistance and are suitable for use in public places. Their main characteristics (both aesthetic and functional) remain intact for up to 15 years of use. The manufacturer has achieved greater expressiveness of the natural shades of the coating thanks to the use of threads in cold and warm palettes.
It should be noted that the company does not stop at its achievements. And is currently developing new technologies for the recycling of used coatings. In this way, the brand demonstrates love for nature and draws public attention to environmental protection.
Another interesting solution that Bolon offers to customers is product testing through virtual glasses. With their help, everyone can see how the coating looks like in interiors with various levels of illumination.
