Sweet Art of Sugar King Zhou Yi

Zhou Yi, a confectioner from China, creates sweets that amaze with incredible realism. Craftsman figurines are so detailed and exquisite that you can't even believe that they are edible. To achieve such a stunning effect in confectionery art, Zhou Yi went through a long and painstaking learning path. Now the achievements of the Chinese are appreciated. In his culinary creations, Zhou most often displays the traditions and culture of his home country.
