Apple has received complaints that the iPhone can be damaged. You just need to reinstall the region.

Lebanese users have found that when reinstalling the region smartphone stops working correctly. Disabled, and any attempt to reinstall to do something, ends up with a system crash.

The problem is that the device stops working after resetting the alarm. Smartphones with a mark on the Lebanese region are turned off.

Users sent their complaints to the company and received a response. As a way out of this situation, it was proposed to change the region.

The solution to the problem worked. A few days after the company's statement, the press service received messages from one of the users. After trying to change the region - from Beirut to Cairo - the smartphone worked correctly.

It is noted that this problem was recorded for the first time. Previously, the incorrect functioning of devices for such reasons was not observed.

Apple systematically tests its devices to ensure they are running smoothly. Forums, social networks, official sites of partner companies are monitored. Technical support representatives try to respond to comments and take into account user comments.

Against the background of checks, it is proposed to install software materials that should simplify the operation of the devices. And even after that, the health and performance of Apple gadgets is monitored.

If the aforementioned problems occur, users are advised to contact technical support immediately.
