Altrock – material from stone waste, created by the English designer Robin Grasby. When creating a mixture of used marble flour, crumbs, fragments of whole plates left in the workshops after work. All these materials are bonded together by epoxy resin. The fragments and textures involved form a unique chaotic pattern. At the last stage, the surface is covered with wax. Altrock is used in the manufacture of countertops, wall coverings, tables, tiles.
