No structure in the world of similar dimensions has been built at such incredible speed. The engineers have achieved such a stunning result thanks to the development of unique construction technologies. The peculiarity of the high-speed construction of the building consists in the principle of "constructor". This means that builders assemble a house from standard parts that are prefabricated. The slabs are installed on steel slabs and columns with diagonal braces.
The lower part of the slab is the ceiling, which only needs to be finished, and the upper part is the floor. The side panels are equipped with pre-built thermal insulation and cable ducts. The prefabricated parts have a standard shape suitable for quick assembly using grooves and pins. The error is about 2 mm. This eliminates the need for careful measurements and alignment.
