The first printing house in which you can live was created in the Netherlands. Tenants moved into it the other day.

3D-printed housing is located in Eindhoven. This is the first printed residential structure not only in the Netherlands, but throughout Europe. Outwardly, the house resembles a boulder with rounded edges. A giant "stone" stands on the lawn.

The authorship of the printed building belongs to Dutch architects. All the details of the house were first printed and then transferred piece by piece to one of the sections of the city. The parts were attached to a pre-prepared foundation, equipped with a roof, windows and doors.

The printed concrete layers form 24 individual components, each of which forms a solid wall. At the exit it is a residential building with a total area of 24 sq. m.

Inside is the open plan kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The first two rooms occupy the main part of the building. The design of the room is laconic, without flashy accents.

Laconicism is applicable to the interior as well - simple but functional furniture. Decor items are in place. There is no oversaturation and a state of absence. Everything in moderation.

The issue of tenants' entry was resolved rather quickly. This is an elderly couple from the capital who have long planned to move to quiet places. Live away from the bustling center.

A similar project can be implemented for residents not only in the Netherlands. 3D printing is done by Dutch architects, but parts can be delivered anywhere in the world.

Recently, OXO broadcast about an American woman who transformed a decommissioned Boeing into a villa on the lake.
