The design studio Gingko Design has designed a levitating lighting device. This is a moon with craters against the background of the night sky.

The design of a miniature Earth satellite is 3D printed from translucent plastic. The uneven surface of the ball imitates the relief of the moon.

The lamp "hangs" over the base, which can be made from a choice of dark ash or light walnut. The panel contains touch buttons for control.

The levitation effect is achieved by a strong magnet built into the moon and the control panel. The lamp also contains LEDs with different glow temperatures. If desired, choose warm white or yellow, classic white.

Each levitating lamp is equipped with an adapter through which the base is connected to the mains.

Such a lighting device is capable of decorating any modern interior. You just need to install it in an open space, on a bedside table, shelf or coffee table. There will be enough lighting to read without straining your eyes, watch TV in the twilight or enjoy a romantic dinner.

According to the designers, the idea of a levitating moon will be appreciated by romantic natures. The aesthetic pleasure of the moonlight, the softness of the light, and the levitation of the scaled-down model of the natural satellite is mesmerizing.

You can buy such a lamp on the official website of the design studio. It can be ordered in two base options with three lighting modes each.

The cost of the lighting fixture starts at $ 50.
