Nokia has filed a patent for a smartphone camera that can rotate 360 degrees.

The module will be at the top of the smartphone. The device will be controlled by an electric drive, which is manipulated by the user. To do this, you need to additionally install the application.

As noted by the manufacturers, the innovative camera will rotate to the sound. And to make this possible, it is planned to use an array that combines two microphones.

The latter, receiving signals, analyze them and determine the source of the sound. And already, based on this, the camera module begins to turn towards the sound source.

The decision to create a camera that responds to sound did not ripen spontaneously in the company. Developers systematically study the needs of buyers of their products and draw appropriate conclusions.

Users reported that cameras that respond to motion no longer perform as expected. And the reaction to the sound of the device will expand the shooting possibilities.

When the implementation of the project will begin, it has not yet been announced. Everything will become known after the official statement of the press service of Nokia. This is expected to happen towards the end of this year. Although, perhaps, the presentation of the new product will happen earlier.
