The dollhouse of the famous Hollywood actress Colleen Moore is exactly the same as medieval castles. Nevertheless, it remains a miniature structure, even with its size.

The interior, like the exterior of this building, is made in the best traditions of the Middle Ages. Gabled roofs with spiral staircases, arched windows, polished chandeliers and fireplaces.

In total, work on the doll's castle lasted about 7 years. The Hollywood celebrity, who had two passions - cinema and dolls, was assisted by a design team. The details were carefully worked out, each stage of the work, the colors and placement of interior items were discussed.

In one of the main rooms, you can see a miniature version of King Arthur's Round Table. As soon as you close your eyes, images of knights and beautiful ladies appear in your head. Valor, honor and the fight for justice. And this table is decorated with a service - an exact copy of the porcelain set from which tea is drunk in Windsor Castle.

Since the work on the dollhouse lasted for seven years, Colleen Moore did not skimp on its decoration. For the latter, expensive materials were used, which not everyone can afford even for "adult" houses. Ivory - for doors, noble woods - for floors, jade and quartz - for furniture.

Unsurprisingly, the estimated value for this dollhouse is around a million dollars.

Less pretentious, but no less interesting exhibits can be found at OXO. The section "Goods for children" contains more than 4 thousand lots, among which there are doll houses.
