City within a city: a new business space opened in Kiev
A new business center has opened in the center of Kiev. The space in which IT people and journalists will find temporary refuge for themselves is reminiscent of New Orleans.
Visually, the room is similar to an American city - light, colorful, incredibly attractive. Moreover, the latter can be traced literally in every detail - interior, decoration, furniture.
Today, it is already becoming a common practice that old dilapidated buildings are turned into business centers and residential areas. At the same time, they organically fit into the existing space of megalopolises.
This is not the first building that found itself in the vastness of the former Arsenal plant. The industrial site has been transformed into a hundred office space, housing spaces for work and creativity. Event halls, lounge areas, bars.
The authors of the project call the Creative State of Arsenal not just a place for coworking. This is a whole city in which specialists from different fields can take refuge or show off their minds. They create freely, share ideas if they wish, or simply remain silent, immersed in their thoughts.
The Arsenal plant appeared in Kiev in the middle of the 18th century. For the city, it was one of the largest structures. Indeed, at that time, the Russian Empire wanted to preserve the status of a military-strategic outpost for Kiev. Ammunition was produced, repaired and stored there. During the First World War, the plant was considered one of the largest repair bases for the front.
In the section "Tools and equipment" of the OXO website there are more than 10 thousand lots that will help in transforming any space.
