Brooklyn woman creates amazing woodwork

American Aliel Alasko creates wooden sculptures. The girl does not use paints in her works, making combinations only at the expense of different-textured wood.

The sculptor makes floor and wall coverings, pieces of furniture, paintings. Each of the works resembles a mosaic consisting of separate pieces. Only due to the combination of different types of wood, bizarre patterns, transitions and geometry are obtained.

First, Ariel Alasko goes through the available materials. As a rule, they come from friends who know about the girl's hobby. These are old wooden furniture, fittings and decorative ornaments. In some cases, the sculptor buys material for his future work at flea markets or garage sales.

Then the stage of creating a masterpiece begins. From parts of different objects, future tables, chairs and benches are born. The American is cleverly controlled by a plane, a saw, and other tools necessary for a carpenter's work.

Woodwork does not fit in with the image of Ariel Alasco. After all, this is a girl of model appearance who could conquer world catwalks. But she completely surrendered to her hobby.
