Floral fantasies: Spanish photographer uses bouquets in fantasy projects

Spanish photographer Fares Miku always works with unusual projects. His ideas sometimes even seem a little crazy.

In the next series of works, the Spaniard decided to put cascades of flower bouquets on the heads of women. Fares Miku even dressed some models in aquariums filled with vegetation.

Each photograph depicts a person in close proximity to nature. Botanical elements such as plants act as a link between plants and the human world.

Some of the Spaniard's photographic works hide bouquets of flowers without additional devices. But there are also some rather unusual variations - glass spheres resembling aquariums and filled with flowers.

As the photographer notes, he always starts with an idea full of feelings. A sketch of the future image is made, in which the idea is reflected as detailed as possible. Coloring, mood, location of models, their clothes, paraphernalia are being thought over. Then flowers are selected, as a rule, kept in the same style.

Even indoors, the photographer sets up the most natural light possible. And Fares Miku rarely resorts to the work of photo editors. He believes that he must convey the naturalness of what is happening.

The guy started creating flower arrangements in 2009. And from the very first photograph he loved the process, criticism for each image.
