Avocado carving is a hobby of Italian chef Daniel Barresi, who now lives in Australia. Sometimes the master even draws on the bones.
The works of the Italian chef are miniature works of art. Neat patterns appear on the pulp as if by magic. In some cases, Daniel Barresi paints the bone with ink or carves additional decor on them.
For carving, the Italian craftsman uses a standard set of tools - thin knives, tweezers, scalpels. Sometimes he has to use spatulas and brushes. This clears up the transitions between the cut out parts of the avocado image.
Daniel Barresi started carving or carving on avocado several years ago. During a small influx of visitors, the chef decided to somehow take his free time. He took an avocado, cut it in half, and with a thin knife carved several deep lines on it.
The next time, the chef has already tried to depict on the avocado pulp a pattern that he once saw on watermelons. Daniel Barresi repeated it in miniature. It worked out pretty well.
For several years, the guy has been improving his skills. Until the work began to bring fame to the chef and his work. And this happened far outside the restaurant where the Italian worked.
