The plant-based meat was developed by the Australian startup v2Food. In the near future, it is planned to conquer the European market.

The synthetic product is a substitute for plant-based meat products. At the moment, imitation of ground beef, cutlets, sausages and sauces is already being produced.

Analogs of meat products can be made at any enterprise where they are engaged in the production of sausages, canned food and other things. This greatly simplifies the procedure for increasing production turnover and reduces the cost of these processes.

The offered products do not contain GMOs, colorants, sludge, flavorings. And this is very important for the European market, where the startup plans to enter. After all, there is a strict control of the quality of products. The stringent quality standards in force affect the level of consumer confidence in the brand.

At the moment, an investment fundraising campaign continues. This will allow the startup to increase research spending, accelerate the release of new products, and impact the quality of existing ones.

But most of the investment will go towards creating mass production, which should "spur" purchasing power. Satisfy wide demand.

The startup's management calls the financing of the project an important step in the development of the food industry. And it is extremely important to scale quickly in this situation.
