Colorful birds and plants - embroidery on miniature pillows by enthusiastic designers

Creation of miniature pillows is a hobby of the employees of the MiniArtHouse design studio. The finished products look like parts of the interior of a dollhouse.

The pillow with dimensions of 3.5x3.5 cm attracts not only with its diminutiveness and the ability to fit into a similar interior. Such products are decorated with skillful embroidery and decorative elements - sequins, beads, rhinestones.

As a rule, exotic birds and plants are embroidered on the pillows. Parrots on the branches of lianas, majestic peacocks with loose tails on the sandy coasts, miniature hummingbirds on large flowers. The images are bright, playful, juicy.

Despite the fact that the embroidery is miniature, the authors of the pillows keep all the proportions. Therefore, the finished products look quite organic.

Making a pillow begins with preparing a pattern and choosing a material. Usually it is velvet, knitwear or satin. Then comes the selection of the pattern. After that, embroidery begins. And only after the drawing is ready, it is covered with decorative elements. Sometimes silk tassels are sewn along the edges of the pillows.

Photos with miniature pillows are displayed on the studio's website. These striking publications change quite often. After all, craftsmen create several items per week. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to make one pillow. But these are usually very detailed images.
