The American company SpaceX launched a spacecraft, on board of which four non-professional astronauts were for the first time.

The rocket was launched at the Florida spaceport this morning. This is the first mission in which a fully commercial crew took part.

The flight was initiated by billionaire and aviator Jared Isaacman. In addition to him, three more people went on board the spacecraft - a pediatrician, a former astronaut and engineer. After a three-day stay in space, the team should splash down in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Florida.

To reach the record height, the mission had to go through two stages. Despite the calculated data, the ship managed to exceed the record height - instead of 575 km, it managed to climb 585 km.

According to the organizers of the flight, sending individuals into space is another step towards space tourism. The flight of amateur astronauts proves this. If all goes well, SpaceX will initiate another preparation.

Astronomical communities and private companies have been planning such launches for a long time. But there have always been problems with funding, technical equipment and so on. The current mission can already be considered successful, since no one has carried out such a thing before.

In the past, people could only dream of space tourism. This is evidenced by fantastic books from the section Literature. From more than a thousand lots, you can pick up something suitable.
