The rack, which resembles a three-dimensional drawing, was created by French designer Charles Kalpakyan. Such a piece of furniture can harmoniously fit into almost any modern interior.
The rack is made of metal blocks fastened together. Each of them is decorated with edges that visually add volume to the piece of furniture. The oblong cubes seem to rise and fall, "looking" in different directions.
The designer offers his piece of furniture in several colors - blue, black, gray and white.
Shelves are designed for storing small items. Many shelves are pass-through, so you can place books, photo frames with photographs, figurines there. On the upper edges, temporarily store smaller things - keys, phones, etc.
The idea of creating a volumetric shelving unit came to the designer for a reason. He has always been attracted by geometric shapes. And if you look at them from different angles, then they can be visually transformed. The square turns into a rhombus, cube or parallelepiped.
Volumetric structures can be made as accent details of the interior, and they can also complement existing layouts. The main thing is not to overload the space with such objects.
Successfully volumetric shelving will "feel" with mirrored walls. This will bring about additional visual effects. Mirrored walls, floor coverings or ceilings will add volume to it in different planes.
