A sofa-nest for the lazy presented by designers from Israel

The nest-shaped sofas were designed by creative Israeli designers Merav Eitan and Gaston Zar. Their piece of furniture is positioned as a resting place for the lazy.

Externally, the sofa is made in the shape of a nest. The edging made of branches was replaced by wooden lamellas, which are fixed on a round frame. Internal filling - a mattress with an orthopedic base.

An addition to the sofa and at the same time a bright accent - pillows in the shape of eggs. The whole “nest” is filled with these textile accessories. A person, laying down on such a sofa, literally dissolves into pillows. Falls through them.

There are several color options for egg pillows - colorless to match the upholstery of the sofa, multi-colored and patterned. The latter resemble brightly painted Easter eggs.

The inspiration for the creation of such a sofa was the desire of Israeli designers to create a place for a good rest. Merav Eitan and Gaston Zar considered that a bird's nest with eggs not yet hatched could serve as such a stylization.

After they discussed the concept of the new nest sofa, they set about making it a reality. It took about a month to complete all the preparatory work. It took another two months to create the sofa and pillows.

If desired, such a sofa can become an accent element in a bedroom, living room or nursery. It all depends on who owns such a fancy piece of furniture.
