The Royal Greenhouses in Laquen, Belgium, is a place that attracts millions of tourists from year to year. Most of them are people partial to gardening.

Greenhouses are complexes of large-scale greenhouses that house huge collections of exotic plants. The pavilions reliably preserve rare representatives of the flora, including various types of camellias.

The glass city with flowers and trees seems to be integrated into the surrounding landscape. The interior space looks like real city streets. Some of them are fully consistent with this in length.

15 gardeners are involved in the maintenance of the greenhouse premises. To ensure the proper temperature for each plant species, 14 heating boilers have to be used, heating up to 200,000 liters of water daily.

In the spring, greenhouse keepers have to cover windows with reflective paper or paint over with white paint. This reduces the flow of sunlight. And in winter, paper and paint are removed so that the plants receive sufficient light.

The greenhouses in Laeken were created by order of King William I of the Netherlands in 1818. Subsequent rulers, with varying degrees of success, were interested in the plants surrounding the castle. The greenhouse was upset under the Belgian king Leopold II.

Gardening enthusiasts can find everything for their hobby in the section "Garden, vegetable garden" - shredders and combisystems, cultivators, irrigation equipment, garden tools , seedlings, seeds, fertilizers and more.
