American teacher Tyler Morgan-Wall visualized the world Internet using a GIF file. A short video depicts all the underwater communications that connect the continents and provide Internet connectivity.

Tyler Morgan-Wall used a script and a program for visualizing geographic objects to depict submarine cables, with a total length of about 807,000 miles. Some of them are very short, while others, on the contrary, are long. One of them connects America and Asia, having a length of more than 10 thousand miles.

The American spent hours creating the image and this work was not in vain. It was noticed by netizens, for whom, in fact, this visualization was created. Millions of users have watched the GIF file on Twitter, and for Reddit this post has become the most popular in the history of the resource.

The GIF file shows how you can read this news, repost it on social networks, and recruit a friend via video link across the ocean.

The Internet is considered the most successful way of communication in the history of mankind. This telecommunications network involves cables, satellites, telephone lines, and more.

A computerized network allows information to be transmitted from one point of the planet to another in a matter of seconds. And it's no wonder that many of the Internet destinations have turned into hobbies. Tyler Morgan-Wall, for example, comes up with all sorts of visualizations.

However, any person keen on the Internet needs the appropriate equipment, which can be purchased in the "PCs, laptops, tablets, office equipment" section.
