Greetings and farewell to Beijing - Wangjing Soho skyscraper complex

Wangjing SOHO is a fantastic structure that adorns one of the districts of Beijing. A complex of three curved skyscrapers is located in Wangjing.

The towers are curved structures in which office and retail premises are located. The complex consists of three towers and one of them is recognized as the third tallest building in the world.

In the original project, it was assumed that there will be two skyscrapers. However, due to problems with the height, it was decided to divide the complex into three parts. Thus, the load on the supporting structures was reduced.

The appearance of the complex is striking in its beauty and functionality. To some he reminds dancing teenagers, to others unapproachable mountains, to others - giants. But everyone in the Wangjing SOHO tower complex sees something different.

According to the project's architect Zaha Hadid, this building symbolizes both greeting and farewell to Beijing. Perhaps the object received this name because of its location. After all, it is located between the central part of the city and the airport.

The tower complex was officially opened in 2014. But even after almost eight years, it looks like it had just been opened.

Colossal resources were involved in the construction of the towers - materials, construction equipment, specialists from various fields. We even had to create special devices to correct some areas. But it was not without the traditional tools.
