Kiev architect presented a creative project for an art school

A creative architectural project for an art school was presented by Evgeniy Kravchenko. The premises are planned to be located on the territory of the park, so that the microdistricts of Ochakov would be united into a culturally significant place.

As planned by the architect, the building will be divided into sectors. In each of them, one of the directions will be implemented - a children's art school, a location for cultural activities, events and festivals. The project will allow to concentrate in one place everything that is needed for the cultural development of the city.

The lobby will have places for waiting and rest - cylindrical benches surrounded by trees. To add a more natural connection to the space, the architect suggests surrounding some locations with impact-resistant wooden floors. Use perforated and wadded panels for walls. This will increase the sound insulation.

It is planned to use porcelain stoneware as the material for the first floor. It has a long service life and increased wear resistance characteristics.

The roof between the floors will be through. So, it is assumed, there will be a sense of continuity between different locations. Around the perimeters of the hole will be decorated with wooden railing - posts that resemble a fence.

The implementation of the project will help to decorate the city, as well as bring practical benefits for the education of children.
