A star from the constellation "Orion" is in the fading stage. The Hubble Space Telescope captured the first image in 2022 showing this phenomenon. The photo was uploaded to one of the social networks.

The image shows the planetary nebula NGC 2022, which is located thousands of light-years from planet Earth. In the post, the snapshot was simply signed: that this is a dying star.

It is noted that planetary nebulae have nothing to do with planets. It is believed that this name appeared because it is in this form that telescopes see them.

Such stars are capable of holding the outer boundaries of their shells for billions of years. Until they are thrown into outer space. The shells of such space objects are capable of stretching, therefore, they have an elliptical shape.

Typically, these objects are subsequently scattered. However, this particular star has not yet reached the state of a white dwarf. Therefore, it will not work out unambiguously to name the timing of complete attenuation. Scientists are monitoring its activities.

It is also noted that since October, the telescope has been in safe mode, due to a recent failure in the synchronization of instruments. Since then, no observations have been made. However, they have recently resumed.

You can learn about other scientific achievements from periodicals, which are placed in the section "Literature" of the OXO website. Articles, experimental results, theories and practical conclusions - the choice is quite extensive.
