Finnish designers have developed and implemented a project of environmentally friendly furniture - a comfortable and concise bench. The project was implemented by Nikari and Woodnotes.

The created bench embodies skillful work with natural wood, decoration craftsmanship and minimalist design. As the main material, the designers resorted to solid oak. Carpentry techniques were also used, which simplify the impact on the object with the maximum preservation of its texture.

An additional decorative element was a paper thread, which was used in relation to the sides of the bench. The visible surfaces of the legs near the seat are tightly covered with thread. The seat itself appears to be a piece of knitted fabric.

These benches can be used both indoors and outdoors. Only care depending on the placement of this piece of furniture will be different. It is desirable that the bench is not exposed to direct sunlight, in places with a sharp temperature drop and high humidity.

As the authors of the project noted, they wanted to create a timeless piece of furniture. A bench that would be relevant at any time and for any interior. After the presentation, they said that they had coped with the task.

Laconic furniture is a popular move by modern designers. Simplicity of forms, practicality and neutral shades make it possible to produce items suitable for most interiors. As a rule, such a presentation is quite advantageous.

More than 10.5 thousand lots have been collected on the OXO website in the section "House, interior".
