The largest complex is located in the center of Hong Kong. The design of the project is based on the concept of a combination of green spaces, connection with the sea and comfort.

The estate consists of 12 complexes intended for housing, entertainment and trade. Own infrastructure includes shopping centers, supermarkets, cinemas, elementary schools, park areas and transport interchanges.

The private complex is located on the territory of a former shipyard near the coastal zone. The authors of the project drew a parallel between the sea and land with the help of a shopping center resembling a boat. In the 80s there were playgrounds, restaurants, cinemas.

However, closer to the 2000s, the owners of the residential complex decided to somewhat reorient a significant object of the entire infrastructure. Now only trading platforms function here.

According to the 2016 census, more than 30 thousand people live on the territory of the complex. Moreover, the average age of these people is 41 years.

This place is amazing in its aesthetic and functional load. However, all its beauty is revealed in the evening. When the illumination is lit, the residents return home after a hard day's work.

It is noted that it is not yet possible to rent residential or commercial real estate in the complex. After all, all leases are issued with a margin of several years.

It is possible to equip any housing, including such an unusual one as in this complex, using OXO website.
