Japanese designer Takashi Murakami has created a multi-pixel inspired pancake pan. The interpretation of real objects into tokens is also traced here.

The metal object duplicates the shape of the flower. The edges of the pan are rounded. The image resembles a rainbow flower, which was once created based on a Japanese artist. The embossed pattern refers to the pixel style, which gives the whole design a modern look.

For the handle, the designer chose a light green color. And on its surface he “launched” a line of five smiling flowers.

You can buy such a pan on the designer's website.

Previously, Takashi Murakami came up with a frying pan in the form of a flower with a relief bottom. However, this piece of kitchen utensil has a traditional shape. Both pans are positioned as pancakes.

This is not the first experience of creating dishes by a Japanese designer. A creative person is not afraid of experiments. The successful artist and businessman replicates his sculptures and prints, shipping them almost all over the world. Quite often, Murakami collaborates with well-known brands.

As the designer himself notes, the secret of his work lies in seclusion. Loneliness helps to concentrate on art.

The desire to bake pancakes cannot be limited by the presence or absence of special devices. However, without a pancake pan, this is not easy to do. You can choose a suitable model on the OXO website in the subsection "Kitchen utensils".
