Amazing and touching figures are created by San Francisco-based designer Calvin Ma. The first series of sculptures, called "Homebodies", was presented to the world by the craftsman back in 2014 at an exhibition at the Modern Eden Gallery. The audience was imbued with the work, and this was the reason for the author to create the following projects.

Ma's creations contain his views on childhood, but there is also room for the imagination of the audience. Figures for the artist are not just toys. This is real art, filled with emotional experiences.

The designer said that with his work he wants to gently influence society. As a child, he repeatedly encountered difficulties in relationships with peers. Yang was a rather reserved child. New acquaintances were given to the boy with difficulty and often led to stress. Ma found his outlet in toys.

Jan's creations are creative art objects and installations at the same time, which help to develop the imagination. The artist creates cute characters from ceramics, glass, rubber, twine and resin. With the help of paints and glazes, Yang “breathes” life into the characters. The craftsman's works are reminiscent of frames from cartoons and stories from comics: funny and kind.

The works of the master are in demand. Fans of creativity acquire sculptures to make their home more comfortable. On our website, interior decoration items are presented in this section.
