An interactive ping-pong table was invented by a German student, Thomas Maier. The main feature of the development is the ability to track the flight of the ball using the embedded virtual reality technology. In addition, Table Tennis Trainer controls the game of each player.

Ball flight monitoring is carried out through a special interface. The program analyzes the collected information and calculates for the player the most effective strategy for the next maneuver. So, for example, the device will tell you where the ball will land, with what force to throw and other useful information.

Table Tennis Trainer is equipped with a high resolution projector and multiple cameras. For the convenience of match analytics, displays embedded in the design project the game directly onto the table surface.

In addition, the interactive table reproduces abstract images in a chaotic manner. Thus, he not only trains memory and attention, but also helps the player to concentrate exclusively on the ball.

Users will appreciate the possibility of using different game modes, which will make the game even more fun. The device remembers the data of the players on its own. Thanks to this, they will be able to record new achievements and perform a comparative analysis of their results.
