Apple intends to launch the payment terminal function directly in smartphones. Something similar has been functioning in devices from other smartphone manufacturers for several years.

To implement the technology, the corporation acquired a startup Mobeewave, which offers a similar approach to payment. The system will allow contactless payment through any bank cards and various popular payment services.

Now this functionality can only be used through the terminal. Connecting to an external source is mandatory. However, this affects the mobility of monetary transactions.

If the function is nevertheless implemented, it will allow private entrepreneurs to accept payments using bank cards or other devices on their own. It is assumed that transactions will be carried out through other iPhones that will be attached to the back of entrepreneurs' smartphones.

It is expected that such functionality will be introduced after the next update of the operating system, which will occur in the coming months. However, this will only be a test version, the release of which will take place in the spring. After that, it will be possible to talk about full-fledged implementation on a serial scale.

Fans of the apple brand already expect that they will be able to pay in this way in speed. This is evidenced by the reviews.

Other Apple products can be purchased at OXO website in the appropriate section - smartphones, tablets, laptops and accessories for them.
