At the New York exhibition, MONAD Studio presented 5 innovative musical instruments. The two-stringed violin from the “future” stands out among them with its design.

The tools are created using 3-d printing. The futuristic violin was no exception. In addition to the creative appearance, the instrument produces an excellent sound. The creators equipped the development with a piezoelectric sensor. It transforms the mechanical sounds of the instrument into electrical ones. The result is a clear sound. And even the material from which the violin is printed is not a hindrance.

Veronica Salzberg and Erika Goldemberag (founders of MONAD Studio) did not have sufficient knowledge in the field of musical instrument production. Therefore, a professional musician and an expert in musical equipment Scott F. Hall was invited to cooperate with the "space" instrument. He gave the girls a series of effective recommendations that led them to success.

The shape of the instrument, with its curves and smooth lines, will delight the imagination. It seems that it is impossible to play the violin and it was created only for beauty and provocation. But this is an erroneous impression. To demonstrate the full potential of the product, the studio invited musicians who skillfully mastered the violin as part of interactive installations.

On our website, violins, guitars and other musical instruments can be purchased in this section.
