South Korean company Hyundai plans to completely abandon the ignition key. Instead of the usual device, the car manufacturer offers to use a mobile application installed on the smartphone. With the program, the driver will not only unlock the car, but also be able to control some functions.

To remove the lock, NFC modules located in the door handles are provided. To open the door, you need to bring the smartphone to the handle. The ignition is activated after the mobile device is placed on the wireless charging station. You just need to press the button on the center console. In addition, the application allows you to turn on and off the alarm, start the engine and more.
