Architect Ghiora Aharoni of Design Studio took up the project in Manhattan, designing apartments in which the emphasis is put on sheet silver. As the interiors of this quarter compete in luxury, the apartment had to be turned into a work of art. And the master did it.

The building in which the housing is located is an architectural monument built in the art Deco style. Therefore, in the design of the apartment this style has been rethought in a modern way. Some partitions were removed and the ceiling and the upper part of the walls were covered with silver leaf. Now the whole space seems divided in two.

Thanks to the masterfully installed lighting silver shimmers gently, giving the interior a mysterious atmosphere. The fluidity of the space are accented by rounded corners. It should be noted that many architectural elements, including a fireplace and steps, are made to order according to the architect's drawings.
