Volkswagen ID.3 to appear before the end of the year

It became known the name of the first electric car from Volkswagen ID family. Rumors that the machine will be called Neo, were not confirmed – this name replaced the index ID.3. The main goal of the company was to create an electric car suitable for mass mobility.
The basic version will be able to drive 330 km without recharging. Its cost will be about 30 thousand euros. More powerful versions on one charge will be able to overcome 420 km and 500 km. Premiere Volkswagen ID.3 scheduled for September this year – the presentation will take place in Frankfurt. As for serial electric cars, they can be bought closer to winter.

The first batch of ID.3 will receive an average battery and will be estimated at 40 thousand euros. In addition to this model, Volkswagen will launch a machine based on the concepts of ID. Crozz, ID. Vizzion and ID. Roomzz.
