Mercedes-Benz plans to stop production of several models

Over the past few years, Mercedes-Benz has been actively expanding its product range, producing more and more models. However, now the company is ready to abandon those cars that are not in demand. According to Ola Kallenius, the future Executive Director of Mercedes-Benz, between 2020 and 2022, the manufacturer will produce more than 40 different models. Despite the fact that many of them are reluctant to leave the leadership, yet some models will go into oblivion.
The first in line car – Roadster SLC, which due to its modest sales does not meet the expectations of the company. In addition, it is planned to reduce the number of sedans to collect more crossovers. It also became known that in the near future there will be a 4-door version of the AMG GT.
