The strange design on the drawings Alvaro Naddeo

In his work Alvaro Naddeo addresses the theme of dystopia and the remnants of consumer culture. Houses and shops, rusty slot machines, fragments of buildings, garbage and stuff – all this connects with each other, forming compositions, talking about the decline of civilization. All drawings are first created manually in the form of sketches. Then the author edits them with the help of programs, recreating the texture of building materials. Often the artist uses real objects and photos to see small details and transfer them to his drawing. Alvaro Naddeo finds inspiration in old magazines that help to dive into another era.
