The social network Instagram will be equipped with a new feature. User subscriptions will be de-identified.
Users will now be able to see their subscriptions in two categories: pages that they often see in the feed, and accounts that they rarely interact with. Instagram Director General Adam Mossery told his new feature on his Twitter account.
Each user of the application will independently choose a section in which profiles can be placed. The new option will help increase advertising profit, the company explained.
Twitter believes that if users see fewer uninteresting posts, they will begin to spend more time in the application.
Prior to this, it was reported that Facebook launches
new features to protect privacy. This will allow users to check their privacy settings and make changes.
