Jackie Chan will pay 1 million yuan to anyone who finds a cure for coronavirus
Jackie Chan, one of the most famous actors of our time, said he would give 1 million yuan (about $ 143 thousand) to someone who invented the 2019-nCoV coronavirus medicine.
The actor believes that modern science can find the cure for almost any virus. He published his appeal on his official account on the Weibo social network.
Chan, 65, wrote that science and technology are the key to overcoming the virus. So he decided to thank the person or organization that would be the first to develop the coronavirus vaccine.
“While I can do this, I can help fight the epidemic and counteract the chaos in the country. I am ready for anything. Overcoming the epidemic is inseparable from supporting science.
