The house, a model of luxury and chic, was converted from an old winery by the architect Brooks Walker, head of Walker Warner Architects. The finished object was named "House of Flowers."
Flowers Vineyard & Winery was looking for a place to showcase products in a setting that reflects the natural spirit. To implement our plan, we decided to use a winery built in the mid-70s,

The house, located in a mahogany grove, was somewhat divorced from its rich landscape. Therefore, the architect's strategy was to reunite guests and owners through a series of simple industrial buildings. They designed new paths, modernized the existing structure of the winery, made the most of daylight.
The result is a multi-level structure with modest forms and unhindered access to stunning views and gardens.
