The house in the Spanish Malada is a duplex duplex with an area of ​​350 square meters. m. Its author - architect Ar Manish Dikshit made a real revolution in living space, taking a minimalist approach.

Duplex is located on the top floor of Kalpataru Pinnacle in Malada. It consists of an entrance hall, a bar, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a guest bedroom with a large balcony for the living room and a guest bedroom with a wonderful view of the street, writes "Archidea".

The created house has an eloquent but unusual decor. Calmness gives him a picture of order and uniformity. Its main feature is height with a pragmatic design scheme, which the architect decided to keep.

The design focused on eclecticism. Although each room was nevertheless distinguished by certain stylistic features, adapted to the needs of the client. But the relationship between them remained. For example, marble was used to illustrate some pomposity in the decoration of the lobby. It was used for different surfaces — doors, wall decoration.

Panoramic windows in most rooms are complemented by linear design furniture and panels. But this does not interfere with the flow of natural light into the room. Thoughtful filtering of lighting enriched the house with dimming elements that enliven the space by changing the sun's rays throughout the day.

Earlier, designer Ashley Darryl gave the modern form one-room apartment his friend Jeremy Globerson in Manhattan, using a minimalist style and carefully selected accents. She chose a mixture of vintage design and new stylish design.
