A mansion for a comfortable and friendly old age was arranged for themselves by seven residents of the Chinese town of Guangzhou. Having bought it in a state of "bare walls", the Chinese women managed to create an ideal place for a communal dwelling.

Three-storey long-term construction with an area of ​​700 sq. m is located 70 km from Guangzhou. The whole project, i.e. the purchase of real estate with a land plot, the reconstruction of the finished building with finishing and arrangement cost the women 4 million yuan. The main idea behind the construction was to create a light and airy space. Therefore, the emphasis was on white and glass. The mansion even has a room with three walls entirely of glass.

The first floor, like the third, is intended for general use. It houses a shared kitchen and living room. The second floor is occupied by individual bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a bathroom. Chinese girlfriends independently equipped them, and worked together on the general design of the mansion.

Seven girlfriends did not immediately move into the house. They plan to do this when they turn 60.
