Salvador Dali has always aroused genuine interest in creative people. The black-and-white photographs created in different years of the life of the Spanish painter show how he paints in his studio.
The collection of snapshots shows the creative processes of creating masterpieces by a great artist. His feelings during the birth of new ideas cannot be described in words. Moreover, some of the photographs recorded the moments in which Salvador Dali seemed to withdraw from everything that was happening around. This is a real asset for
photo album any fan of the painter's work.
The pictures show a house that "grew" from a small fishing hut in the Spanish village of Port Ligar. For 40 years this place has been expanded and rebuilt. The artist bought up neighboring buildings, connected them with the help of labyrinths and extensions. It was the home of Salvador and Gala Dali.
Dali called his house a small casket with many surprises and secrets. From a modest hut, it became a home-museum. Subsequently, nothing was even altered in it.
OXO previously recalled
William Helburn's photographs - a photographer which was undeservedly forgotten. The peak of the career of this photographer fell in the 50-60s of the last century. His "trick" was a masterful play with contexts in art and advertising photography.
