Design duo Eric Olovsson and Kyuhyun Cho presented a series of modular cabinets with geometric spaces. The furniture can be used in the home, office or living room.

A series of modular blocks made of plywood and covered with pine veneer. Each of the holes has different shapes - ovals, circles, polyhedrons.

Large items are stored in oval holes - clothes, shoes, accessories. In the cruciform - office supplies, gadgets. And in the oblong rounded recesses - wine bottles or vases.

The designers, against the background of the modularity of the design, decided to experiment with occupancy not by chance. The convenience of placing objects of different shapes and sizes in modern interiors is preferable. Also important is the mobility of planning items.

Unlike classic cabinets and walls, which can be rebuilt into a limited number of options, modular structures are multifunctional. They can be used in different rooms for different tasks.

The designers called the filling of the wardrobes geometrically negative spaces. This is due to the fact that inside the "figure" there are unusual forms for the interior. Replaced standard rectangles and squares with triangles, cones, and ovals.

The lack of walls attracts in such modular structures. Cabinets look light and casual. A feeling of airiness is created. And the geometric component adds attractiveness to the collection.

Eric Olovsson and Kyuhyun Cho models are available by reservation only.

OXO recently reported on a Japanese designer who created a series of furniture inspired by the rain.
