A large-scale eco-hotel on water, rotating on its axis, will soon appear in Qatar. The main feature of the luxury hotel will be the ability to generate its own electricity using solar, tidal and wind energy. As planned by the engineers, the building will be equipped with solar batteries and water turbines that generate energy without unnecessary waste.

The project was developed by the large architecture studio Hayri Ataka (HAADS). Its designers have made every effort to not only infuse the hotel with technological innovations, but also to breathe life into it with the help of a large number of plants, green spaces and waterfalls.

The area of the future hotel is 35,303 sq.m. Exquisite lobby of 696 sq. m is the central part of the round building. Along its perimeter there are 152 rooms with a balcony. The view from the balcony changes with the rotation of the hotel. One full turn takes 24 hours. Guests will have time to fully enjoy not only the landscape design on the territory of the hotel, but also an amazing view of the sea. The movement of the object is controlled by a system of motors and propellers.

The hotel will surprise its guests not only with its futuristic design, but also with a wide range of entertainment. The hotel has several large swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), its own gym, spa and mini golf course. At the moment, architects are working on technical design, which will be as environmentally friendly as possible in all respects. One of the unusual solutions will be the construction of a special "whirlpool" on the roof, responsible for collecting rainwater for the irrigation system. In addition, the hotel will be equipped with a seawater purification system.
