Geometric desserts are a hobby of designer Dinara Kasko. The girl literally arranges cakes and pastries.

In her work, the girl uses ingredients traditional for baking desserts - flour, sugar, butter, eggs. However, the zest of confectionery lies in the form. These are strictly verified balls, cones and cylinders, as well as their combinations.

It is often not even clear how this or that dessert was created. A spiral of chocolate glaze is "put on" on the pyramid of shortbread dough. And the cubic brownie is divided into equal segments.

The palette of pastries and cakes is bright and juicy. All of Dinara Kasko's sweets are based on red. But lately, the girl often uses black and white. However, she does not neglect color combinations - standard and non-standard.

According to the author of geometric desserts, she is trying to combine confectionery and architecture. Like any building, a beautiful cake needs preliminary design. What ingredients to use, how to decorate, what look to give the finished structure. In some cases, you even have to draw future creations on paper.

The products of the architectural pastry chef are appreciated by world celebrities. In particular, the Hungarian swimmer Christoph Mishlak.

You can see Dinara Kasko's cakes and pastries on the confectioner's personal website and in social networks. There, the girl not only shows her desserts. But he also tells how to do them. You can order your favorite sweets online.
